Encryption everywhere.
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and encrypted at rest in our database. Your financial inputs, account balances, and planning data are never stored in plain text.
Read-only account linking.
When you connect a bank or brokerage, WiseNest receives only read-only balance and holdings snapshots via our Teller integration. We never see your login credentials, never store transactions, and you can disconnect any account at any time.
SOC 2 readiness.
We have completed an internal SOC 2 Type I readiness assessment against the Trust Services Criteria for Security, Availability, and Confidentiality — scoring 9.0 / 10. Formal Type II observation is the next milestone.
Your data is never sold.
We do not sell your personal or financial data to third parties. We do not use your retirement numbers to train AI models or target you with third-party financial products. Your data powers your plan — nothing else.
